Return and Refund Policy

If the order has not been sent out by the time we were noticed, we will cancel your order and refund you.

If the order has been dispatched, you are welcome to return the item to us within 7 working days upon receipt.  The Buyer is liable for the Costs of returning the Products back to us, The product must be returned to us in original conditions with all accessories and original packaging included with resaleable condition. Refund will processed once we received it and It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account after that.

It would be much appreciated if you could attach a piece of paper with our shipping address on it instead of writing on the original packaging.

Refunds will be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
