Shipping policy

We dispatch goods every morning(except weekend and public holiday).

Handling time 1-2 (days), We use courier for all small to medium items which generally deliver within 1-3 working days to the North Island, 3-5 working days to South Island after dispatch.  although can take up to 6 working days for rural or out of the way areas. Larger items will be dispatched by Transport Company. Delivery will be 5-7 working days. We would appreciate a phone number with all orders as this will make the couriers jobs easier.
